General Manager – Sussex

The client is looking for a true hands on hotelier to lead and manage the operation day to day and deliver in all key areas of the business.

Part of an international group that is expanding in all parts of the world the role ideally will suit a person with some brand knowledge but the main areas are to be from a boutique hotel operation with an excellent commercial focus with the ability to drive and develop the operation through a strong market knowledge as well as room rates,excellent F&B and the ability to take the guest on a journey.
