General Manager – South Manchester
This beautifully quaint 4 star group hotel based near the major road networks of Manchester with excellent business for corporate,leisure and also a very popular wedding venue.
The role of General Manager is to ensure and deliver the highest standard of guest service at all times and to work with and support the teams to assist in this end delivery.
You will work with and assist the Sales Manager to drive sales throughout the hotel with a focus on corporate,MICE and also the revenue for weddings with over 100 per year that are held at the hotel.
As the General Manager you will support the HOD team and work with them to offer training & development for team members as well as maintaining service standards in all areas of the hotel.
Also manage the financial areas of the hotel for budgets,forecasting and also manage costs for wages,liquor and food costs as well as any CapEx for the the maintenance of the hotel.
Reporting direct to the owner/operators of the company
