General Manager – Manchester
Recruiting for a hands on General Manager for a leading group hotel in South Manchester.
The hotel offers bespoke service in all areas of the operation which includes 50 + bedrooms as well as rosette restaurant with M&E up to 150 guests in the hotel’s largest suite.
Your role is to lead the team in day to day operations and to ensure standards are maintained at all times as well as being able to manage and develop sales and revenue with the hotel.
As General Manager you will have the management of the hotel P&L accounts and also be able to drive occupancy through rate management as well as being able to focus on the events and wedding markets of the hotel.
The owners have a number of hotels across the UK and will assist and support you to achieve key targets for the business,reporting direct to the board with regular communication to ensure all areas are being managed in line with company policy.
