F&B Operations Manager – Liverpool area
Recruiting a key role for a F&B Manager for this super luxurious 4 star hotel with various F&B outlets which includes 150 cover restaurant as well as C&B in various rooms with the largest capacity of 200 guests as well as other events and meeting rooms throughout the hotel.
The role is to lead the day to day operations in the hotel working with and assisting the HOD’s to drive and deliver a great guest service at all times.
The main focus on the role is to ensure the F&B department and team are trained and each individual has a development plan to ensure a consistency of service at all times,supporting the managers to offer this on a regular basis as well as being able to retain the team.
You will be able to manage all of the department costs and controls and that all costs are transparent to each department head and what they require to achieve their goals with regular meetings to achieve the budgets.
Working with the General Manager and senior management team and supporting to create a positive work environment with regular communications and meetings with HOD’s and all team members.
The candidate should have knowledge of both operations as well as being able to review P&L accounts and to play a key part in driving sales with guests in house to use the hotel restaurant and bar and the team to upsell at all times.
You will also work with the sales team to develop a calendar of events to attract clients and to drive revenue and sales throughout the year and to make it a choice destination for guests in the region.
Reporting to the General Manager.
