We are presently recruiting for this superb operation in rural location in Gloucestershire for a Executive Head of Housekeeping to join their management team.
This is a unique luxury venue offering bespoke experiences in this picturesque area of the English countryside and the beauty it offers.
This position requires a motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations at the site and to ensure superb guest services at all times.
You will be working with the team to deliver great guest service and also maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient and effective management of the housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
– Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
– Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
– Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
– Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
– Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage
– Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs in guest rooms or public areas
– Maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and providing guidance and support to staff members
– Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel or similar environment
– Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and procedures
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
