Executive Head Chef nr Chester

£45-£50K free leisure, discount on other hotels in the portfolio, free parking.

This Cheshire 4 star hotel has 60+ bedrooms,with an 80 seater restaurant and also caters for up to 120 guests for events and functions and also has various meeting rooms.

The main role will be reporting to the GM, making sure that the food offering is to a high standard at all times.

Also ensuring the team maintains the high standards at all times.

Your role is a hands on passionate chef, that loves the buzz of a busy kitchen working with a focused and committed team.

You will be instrumental to ensuring the team create amazing dishes to send to our customers.

You will be in charge of ensuring that GP is kept at the company set level, keeping allergens up to date, minimise kitchen waste etc.

You will have input in some of the menus within the hotel and this is mainly in the events and function areas of the hotel.

You will maintain due diligence and food hygiene scores of 5.

You will be in charge of hiring, training and all aspects of the kitchen and also work to create a positive environment for all hotel staff with a focus on the F&B department.
