Chef de Partie – nr Chester

This 4 star hotel based near Chester are looking to recruit for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

The hotel has 150 bedrooms with 200 cover restaurant,casual all day dining lounge as well as C&B for up to 300 guests in the largest suite.

The person will be working in various corners of the kitchen as part of the kitchen brigade and work with the team to ensure a high standard of food served to the guests.

Working 5 days over 7 and straight shifts and the hotel also offers live in.
