Brasserie Supervisor – Manchester

This highly regarded 4 star hotel in central Manchester are presently looking to recruit for a Brasserie Supervisor to join their team.

The role is hands on to lead and support the operational team and to work with and assist the Brasserie Manager and Assistant to ensure and maintain standards at all times.

The Brasserie offers a superb product and is considered to offer great food and service as a hotel as well as one of Manchester’s best restaurants.

When required you will also take charge of shifts and this can include breakfast,lunch or dinner on a rota basis.

The role also offers great personal development and training and to be part of a highly acclaimed group.
