Bars Manager – Farnborough
This group hotel operation based in the Farnborough area are looking to recruit for a hands on Bar Manager to oversee their busy bar operatio within the hotel.
The hotel offers 120 + bedrooms with various facilities which includes 100 + cover restaurant,a popular bar operation that also serves food in a casual dining operation and also large M&E as well as leisure and spa areas in the hotel.
Your role as Bars Manager will be to manage and oversee the day to day bar operations and to ensure a high standard of customer service and also to work with and support the team to deliver a consistency of service at all times.
As a Head of Department you will be supported in the role by Supervisors and a team of approx 15 staff with a mix of full time and casual staff.
Working with all team members to ensure a high standard of training to be able to have the team fully aware of all products and be able to sell them correctly to the guests.
Managing the departmental wage costs and equally manage liquor stock controls in all areas of the hotel.
Reporting directly to the F&B Manager and with the opportunity to develop your own career with a clear training plan for future growth.
