Assistant F&B Manager – North Manchester
I am presently recruiting for a client based in the North Manchester area close to the M60 and approx 30 minutes drive from city centre.
Great location with superb views of the local area and offers great service to all areas of the marketplace including corporate,leisure and a stron wedding market.
The hotel with over 80 + bedrooms offers a Brasserie style restaurant,main hotel bar and lounge as well as well appointed meetings and conference areas for up to 150 guests in the largest suite and also a great leisure facility with spa and attracts local residents and hotel guests.
As Assistant F&B Manager this is a hands on to lead and manage the teams all areas of the hotel including restaurant,M&E and also the bar and lounge to work with each HOD and in the day to day business and someone that has an all round focus with an emphasis on F&B but also to include all departments and to ensure and deliver 1st class guest service at all times.
You will work with the HOD’s to ensure a consistency of standards and as well be able to deliver training and development for everyone in your teams.
In addition you will work to manage costs and controls and drive sales and revenue in order for the hotel to achieve budgets.
Reporting direct to the Operations Manager the role will suit an individual from a similar 4 star hotel background with exposure of various departments in F&B who is now looking for their next career development role.
