Operations Manager – Cheshire
Recruiting for a focused,driven and motivated Operations Manager for a 4 star hotel near Chester.
The operation consists of 100 + bedroom hotel with 100 cover refurbished restaurant and bar as well as M&E for up to 200 + guests in the largest suite and various other meeting rooms and leisure club.
As Operations Manager the main focus of the role is hands on to lead and manage the operational HOD’s including Restaurant Manager,M&E Manager,Head Chef,Reception Manager,Head Housekeeper and to assist them in the day to day operations and to ensure and deliver a high standard of guest care in all areas of the hotel.
Working with the General Manager to achieve budget and targets and as well as operations ensure that the controllable costs are managed with wages,food and wet gross profit margins in line with company targets.
The role will suit and individual who is looking for a challenge and to develop their career and become a General Manager within the group in the future.
