General Manager – East Yorkshire region
Looking to recruit for a superb developing company with hotel operations across the East coast of England UK and who are presently looking for a dynamic hands on General Manager for their award winning venue in the East Riding/Humberside region.
The offering consists of 70 + bedrooms coupled with multiple C&B areas of the hotel and being able to cater for over 400 + guests in the largest suite as well as various other M&E rooms within the hotel and also offers hotel guests an award winning dining experience in their 1st class restaurant and cocktail bar with great vistas of the area.
This is a day to day hands on role and the company are looking for a person to lead and manage the team with an involvement in all aspects of the business.
Ideally the person will have a knowledge of working and being able to ensure key targets which includes brand standards,involvement in all key areas as well as sales targets,revenue management and achieving a budget in excess of £4 + M + through all trading areas of the operation.
It is also important to be able to train and develop all team members to ensure the high standards of food and service are maintained and work to achieve the company standards in all areas of the operation.
Reporting to the Company Director of Operations this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a great challenge as well as career development.
