Presently recruiting for this superbly located venue nr Richmond in Yorkshire.
The client is looking for a hands Venue Manager to join their management team.
This role requires a knowledgeable and experienced operator and someone that can over see and manage the day to day operations at this well appointed site in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
The site offers superb home for home style accommodation across the location and caters for up to approx 70 guests in total across the venue with each building catering for 6 guests with all facilities needed including fully stocked kitchen along with en suite bedrooms as well as well appointed lounge areas in each accommodation.
The venue is open all year round and offers everything from a 2 night stay and up to 2 weeks or more if the guest requires.
You will ensure and deliver with the team superb guests service and be able to assist and support all guest requirements,offering services during guest check in and out,also able to order supplies and shopping services both before and during guests stays.
Guide with suggestions for local sight seeing and recommend venues to visit and also suggest venues in the local area for food and drink.
Working with the team to ensure each accommodation is cleaned and made ready for new guest check ins as well as cleaning during the guest stay if required.
Liaising with the Head Office and central team to maximise bookings and also make sure all of the services are always up to the highest standards.
Ensure that the housekeeping teams are aware of arrivals and departures and that each unit is kept to the highest standards at all times.
Report to the Area Manager with regular updates and also be able to make decisions in line with company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Train and develop all team members.
