Location - Luxury Hotel & Spa – Surrey Countryside
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join a high end hotel, spa, and wedding venue set in the beautiful Surrey countryside.
This property offers a modern British, gastro-style menu served throughout the day from relaxed lunches and afternoon dining to elegant evening service and weddings.
You’ll join a passionate brigade that prides itself on fresh, seasonal produce and high standards.

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
