Hotel Operations Manager - nr Bracknell area

Presently recruiting for a key role in this group hotel near the Bracknell area for a hands Hotel Operations Manager to join the hotel management team.

The hotel has over 90 + bedrooms with multiple F&B areas which includes a 100 cover restaurant for both residents and guests,there are also various meeting rooms with the largest suite catering for up to 200 + guests and rooms available from 2 guests.

The hotel is well located to the major road and rail networks and accesible in to central London,due to it's location close to the local business's and the corporate markets it is a popular hotel in the area.

You will be managing the teams across all departments with a main focus initially on F&B and then to develop with training and support to other departments.

Ensure and maintain standards at all times and lead and support the team day to day and assist the General Manager and hotel management team and HOD's to deliver a great guests service at all times.

Also a key area is to manage the costs in the departments with liquor controls,wage costs and to achieve agreed sales targets,so you will need to be commercially aware and able to work with the team to deliver these key targets.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the operational teams
- Ensure a consistency of standards of services through all departments in the hotel
- Manage and train the teams and offer on going training and development
- Oversee inventory management for all wines,spirits,food and linen stock and cleaning products and all dry goods and to work with the agreed stock levels and work to achieve an agreed cost margins
- Maintain and create staff rota's on weekly manner and in advance for the team to plan their working week etc
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of F&B and general hospitality techniques and practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
