Hotel Operations Manager – near Warminster area

We are presently recruiting for this luxury award winning hotel based in a beautiful rural location near Warminster approx 20 minutes drive to this rural idyllic spot.

The client is recruiting for a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the hotel and this includes the front of house team,also housekeeping,kitchen team,leisure and spa with a major focus on the F&B department.

The hotel is well know for offering 1st class guest service across all areas of the hotel and has become synonymous with it's opulent decor coupled with superb food and beverage on offer throughout the hotel.

The hotel offers bespoke dining using fresh,local and seasonal produce and matches traditional dishes of French origin with a modern British influences.

You will lead and support the teams in the day to day management of the hotel and offer training and development of the managers and team members to deliver consistent qulaity standards at all times.

The venue has recently been awarded the highest award on offer within the British hospitality industry and is seen as a leader driving the industry.

You will support the General Manager to ensure that sales and revenue targets are achieved and work with the managers to control costs in all departments including stock controls,wage costs,cleaning products etc in line with budgets.

Working with the team and to offer leadership and direction to work towards maintaining the highest standards at all times.

Key areas include

• Knowledge of similar luxury award winning operations and food and beverage services,ideally minimum of 2 rosette standards.
• Management of H&S,food hygiene,stock controls etc
• Training and development of staff
• Financial management and budget controls
• Profit and loss accounts
