Hotel Operations Manager – near Caernafon area

We are presently recruiting for this luxury award winning hotel based near Caernafon area and the client is recruiting for an Hotel Operations Manager.

The hotel has become a go to venue over the last few years with many awards being achieved for all areas of the hotel with a particular focus on the F&B facilities and the multi award winning restaurant.

The hotel offers bespoke dining using fresh,local and seasonal produce and is looking to achieve to the highest standards for food and service.

You will lead and support the team in the day to day management of the hotel and with a specific focus on the F&B areas of the hotel and continue to strive to achieve the highest award for dining and within the next 12 months this is a key target for the operators.

The hotel also hosts bespoke weddings and events and can be used for exclusive client use for any specific event.

Working with the team and to offer leadership and direction to work towards maintaining the highest standards at all times.

Key areas include

• Knowledge of similar luxury award winning operations and food and beverage services,ideally minimum of 2 rosette standards.
• Management of H&S,food hygiene,stock controls etc
• Training and development of staff
• Financial management and budget controls
• Profit and loss accounts

As the Hotel Operations Manager you will manage all aspects of the day to day services to hotel guests and work with and assist the Managers working with you who are managing the various departments.

You will ensure the highest standards of guest care and also train,develop and assist the team to offer this at all times.

Additionally you will also manage the budget for wages,sales and working with the management team to deliver the required budget.
