We are presently working with this exciting operation in Liverpool city centre in this fast paced business and working with the client recruiting for a Guest Experience Manager to be part of their senior management team.

The client is looking for an individual to ensure each guest experience is unique and bespoke to their requirements and with the in house team deliver a 1st class visit and for them to return often to develop their relationship with the venue.

You will work with the Directors,General Manager and the team to understand the services they can offer to the client and then match it to clients needs for an unforgettable and return to use the facilities on offer and to tailor to their needs for each visit allowing them the chance to maximise what the operation can offer and return with friends.

The exciting offer is focused on various leisure activities and is unique in the market and offers people to play various physical and on line games.

There is also a food and beverage offering with casual dining menu along with wines,beer, spirits and also cocktails that will change regularly.

The business will open 7 days and operate different times through the week and extended hours at the weekends and capacity will be for approx 200 people.

You will work as part of the Management team on a rota basis covering both early and late shifts as part of your day to day duties.

Supporting each department and ensure great guest services at all times,assit when and where required as well as checking area has the correct amount of team members working to deliver that service.

Reporting to the senior management team and be part of the planning and delivery in all areas of the operation.

Your rota will be 5 days over 7 working a mix of shifts on rota.
