We are presently recruiting for a F&B Manager for this luxury holiday operation in the beautiful area of the Llyn peninsula near Abersoch.

This operation offers bespoke home from home facilities across the venue and caters for families,couples etc and with the excellent F&B services on offer it just tops this fantastic picturesque highly regarded business available to visiting guests.

The F&B consists of a casual all day dining restaurant and also has a pub with local home cooked food as well as offering a brasserie concept to guests as well as a retail shop for people to buy their groceries of self catering and finally there is also an entertainment area that during main holiday seasons can offer guests various shows throughtout the season.

The site caters for over 1000 guests and is during peak season a very busy operation,so ideally the person needs some previous knowledge of similar markets as well as volume hospitality experience.

• Knowledge of similar holiday park operations
• Multi site management
• Training and development of staff
• Financial management and budget controls
• Profit and loss accounts

As the F&B Manager you will manage all aspects of the department day to day and work with and assist the Managers working with you who are managing each venue and ensure they are able to cater for their guests and capable of running the day to day operations of each business and manage the finances,stock etc and able to work with and support their respective teams and offer ongoing training etc.

You will ensure the highest standards of guest care and also train,develop and assist the team to offer this at all times.

Additionally you will also manage the departments budget for wages,sales and working with the management team to deliver the required budget.
