F&B Services Manager nr Bolton
£35k,company benefits,training,progression,staff discounts and rates
Presently recruiting for this 4 star hotel well ,located close to Bolton centre and they are looking to recruit for an experienced F&B Services Manager to join their senior management team.
This is a hands on role to work with and lead the team within the F&B department that consists of a casual 80 cover restaurant and main bar and lounge as well as various meeting and events spaces catering for conferences from 2 to the largest room catering for approx 180 guests.
You will work with the hotel management team and ensure the highest service standards and guest care at all times.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including the C&B and restaurant areas as well as the kitchen team.
Supervise and train staff members to ensure a high standard of guest service at all times and also the required standards for all health and safety and adherence to food safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special promotions.
Previous experience in a similar management role ideally within hotels and supervisory experience would be considered a benefit for this key position.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
