We are recruiting at present for a hands on F&B Operations Manager to lead and elevate the dining and events experience at this highly regarded venue in rural location near Leamington.
This property is due to undergo a refurb and to elevate the guest experience in all areas including dining in the venues 3 restaurants,main hotel bar and lounge as well as throughout the operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly shape guest experience, team performance, and overall profitability.
The hotel has approx 70 luxury designed bedrooms which are being refurbished to the highest standards to attract the local clients and destination guests.
Service levels are consistently high, from breakfast to lunch and also offers guests the opportunity to dine on their on their stunning terrace.
You will oversee all aspects of their restaurant, bar and events operations, working closely with the General Manager and department heads to maintain impeccable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver consistently exceptional service in every outlet.
- Direct reports - include the F&B HOD's with Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager,Head Chef and their respective teams.
- Drive profitability through cost control, rota management, and P&L accountability.
- Implement training programs to ensure all staff (full-time or seasonal) perform to the same exceptional standard.
- Enhance their afternoon tea experience and explore new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain close collaboration with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Uphold brand standards in line with the prestige and reputation of this hotel group.
About You
- Proven track record in senior Food & Beverage management within luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable experience in service excellence, team leadership, and profitability growth.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen, confident in managing budgets, rotas, and P&L.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example, motivates their team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
