Executive Housekeeper - nr Leamington

We are presently recruiting for this group 4 star hotel in rural Leamington.

This position requires a motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations at this luxury venue.

You will be working with the team to deliver great guest service and also maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient and effective management of the housekeeping staff.

The hotel has approx 70 bedrooms along with 3 restaurants,main hotel bar and lounge as well as luxury spa facility with multiple spa treatment rooms.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs in guest rooms or public areas
- Maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and providing guidance and support to staff members

- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
