This luxury hotel in great location near Llandudno are presently looking for a new team member at Chef de Partie level to come on board and join their expanding team.

The hotel offers superbly appointed rooms with approx 60 + in total along with various 1st class facilities which includes a fine dining restaurant,main bar and lounge which serves various food dishes as well as traditional Afternoon Teas,there is also an event and function space for up to 120 guests and soon to join a casual light bites concept available.

The venue is popular in the local area and offers super food menu using all fresh,local and seasonal food using the best ingredients available from the local suppliers as well a breakfast with the same philosophy of all fresh and local eggs,bacon,sausages etc.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec and you have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains etc.

You will also support the Head Chef and Sous Chef at all times and be able to manage and run your own sections and be able to cover most sections in the kitchen as well as being offered training and development to develop your skills.

Be a key part of the kitchen team and be able when needed to do some food ordering, stock management, as well as managing to achieve a 5-star rating as well as working with the kitchen team to create a skilled and highly trained brigade.

You will need previous experience in a fresh food environment, working with a passion for cooking & the chance to develop your skills and experience and with excellent training and career development.

- Assist the Head/Sous chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute menu items
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes - Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to enforce them in the kitchen
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
