Assistant General Manager - Liverpool area

Presently working with this client with operations in Liverpool and operating a leisure venue with facilities that include food and drink as well as leisure activities within a unique market and they are presently recruiting a key role of an experienced Assistant General Manager to join and lead the team.

You in your role will oversee daily operations within the venue and ensure with the team to deliver great guest service at all times.

The operation is presently developing and attracting clients to use the venue and it appeals to all age groups due to the services offered.

You role is to assist and support the General Manager and cover in their absence of days off and holidays.

Assisting and supporting the team,offer training and development to all team members including casual and full time team members.

• Manage the liquor stocks and ordering
• Training of the team
• Ensure all health and safety is followed
• Oversee the day to day business working with the GM and senior team
• Manage all cost controls including wages
• Work to achieve the sales budgets and targets
