I am looking for an interim Reception Manager,Building Manager for a site in Leeds.
The client manages 2 residential apartment buildings in central Leeds with over 200 beds with a main reception area to access both sites.
The role is to ensure entry to the buildings is by residents,also to manage the general upkeep of the main public areas and the cleaning as well as working with contractors for building maintenance as well as safety and security.
This is to start an interim role for at least 6 weeks and may become permanent in 2020.
The salary is pro rata £28k with 40 hours required 5 over 7 and o/t paid for additional hours when required.

So everyone is now back into the normal routine,roads are busier again,that is if you can get moving on them,close to me there are 3 temporary traffic lights at present,one of then has been there for 3 months already and now they have started on 2 other places and then a further one to come opposite the end of my road.
Anyway we have to deal with it and that includes the recent debacle of Boris Johnson in Luxembourg being hassled by the booing public,honestly you couldn’t make it up.

So Friday afternoon of a short week,though feels like the longest week ever. We seem to be rapidly facing the issue of the UK being like a Bull in a China shop as we are leaving the EU no matter what. Whilst my vote is irrelevant as to my feelings,the tories appear to have taken the attitude that the leaving of the EU is the most important thing come what may. They do have to follow the diktat given by the majority but to postpone government surely is not the democratic why either.
As a recruiter within hospitality I have seen a huge drop in general applications across the board and this at some point will effect all markets !!. Anyway I am ready for the weekend and going to a yoga class tonight to improve my flexibility and hopefully ease my plantar fasciitis !!,don’t ask me what it is never heard of it but the pain is horrible,so stop running start swimming and yoga,don’t forget to stop drinking also !!
