Hotel Reception Manager - nr Lymm

We are presently working with this lovely 4 star hotel in rural location near Lymm who are recruiting for a hands on Hotel Reception Manager to lead the reception team to offer and deliver great guest service.

The hotel has approx 40 luxury bedrooms with main hotel restaurant and bar as well as a number of meeting rooms for conferences and events.

Your role is to lead the day to day operations in the reception area of the hotel and to create a positive experience for hotel guest during check in and check out of the hotel and to set the scene for their hotel stay.

Also to be able to connect and liaise with the other departments in the hotel with a main focus on housekeeping and F&B.

You will be able to communicate with the team and to have a clear focus on the requirements of the reception area of the hotel and generate a warm welcome environment and for the process of checking in and out of the hotel a positive and seamless guest experience.

Working with and assisting the Department Managers and teams in their departments and to ensure the positive attitude throughout the hotel at all times.

Also to set goals and objectives for the and to generate and increase sales and revenue

Reporting to the Operations Manager and liaise with the HOD's with regular meetings with the departments.
