We are presently working with this beautiful luxury hotel close to Lymm in rural Cheshire and close major roads in the area and the hotel is recruiting for a key role in the hotel,this position is for a Hotel Wedding Sales Manager to join their team.

The key skills for the individual are the following,

The individual to have knowledge of sales in the local Cheshire markets in the wedding sector to drive and develop and increase their wedding bookings as well as their events.

You will have great experience of working in hotel wedding sales and be able to develop a sales strategy to increase the profile of the hotel in this market and increase weddings for the hotel.

This will be driving weddings to the normal weekends but also increase through the week with special offers etc.

Assist and work with the Management to plan and target the market to increase sales in the department and to develop this with the hotel management and sales team.

The duties will also be to do the coordinating of each wedding and to ensure their wedding day is perfect,liaise with the key HOD's of the client's requirements and also upsell to increase sales.

Provide bespoke packages for weddings and events based on their requirements and to prepare prices to ensure the business.

You will also be working with the senior management of the hotel to develop promotional campaigns and packages and also liaise with the Director.
