This luxury boutique hotel near Knutsford are presently recruiting for 2 reception team members to join their tea.

The client is looking for people with experience of working on reception in hotels and with the skills to be able to check guests in/out of the hotel,deal with guest enquiries and be the face of the hotel upon guest arrival and departure.

The hotel prides itself on warm hospitality, high standards of comfort and delivering memorable guest experiences.

The Role

You will be working with a small team of the Reception Manager and then a team of 3 reception staff and also liaising with the nights team during early and late hand overs at the start and end of the working shifts.

Working to deliver efficient guest service for arrivals, departures as well as any guest queries when required.

You w3ill work a variety of shifts which will include early and late shifts as part of your normal working pattern.

You will bring

• Prior experience in a front of house in a hotel setting.
• Excellent communication, customer service mindset and a knack for anticipating guest needs.
• A commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences in a boutique hotel venue.
• Comfort using hotel front-desk software and standard office systems.
• You will also be offered ongoing training by the Reception Manager to become a valuable team member.
