This well known and highly regarded gastro pub operation are presently recruiting a key role of an experienced Deputy General Manager to join their team.

You in your role will oversee daily operations within the venue and ensure with the team to deliver great guest service at all times.

The operation is well known in the local area and offers great food as well as great beers,wines and drinks.

You role is to assist and support the General Manager and cover in their absence of days off and holidays.

Assisting and supporting the team,offer training and development to all team members including casual and full time team members.

• Manage the liquor stocks and ordering
• Training of the team
• Ensure all health and safety is followed
• Oversee the day to day business working with the GM and senior team
• Manage all cost controls including wages
• Work to achieve the sales budgets and targets
