This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager who thrives on delivering high standards and exceeding guest expectations, to join this hotel that is located in an idyllic rural location and is well known for offering great service.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for impeccable service, great knowledge of wine and spirits, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver excellence every day.

Who We’re Looking For -

• Previous hotel restaurant management experience to a good standard
• Confident with restaurant and bar services
• Genuinely passionate about hospitality and exceeding expectations
• Excellent team leadership, lead by example
• Immaculate presentation and warm professionalism

The hotel has over 30 individual bedrooms along with 80 cover restaurant serving breakfast,lunch and dinner as well as main hotel bar,main lounge as well as meetings and events space for approx 150 guest in largest suite which caters for functions,weddings etc

This is a leadership role in an ambitious, supportive, and creative hospitality team that values excellence in everything they do and reporting direct to the General Manager.
