This luxury hotel client is presently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team and this award winning operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing desserts,pastries,breads etc to the highest standard for their award winning food operations.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food production and culinary arts to develop their skills and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Working in the pastry department as part of a team and making items for the hotel restaurant as well as for their events,conferences and wedding spaces in the hotel.

The candidate will be from a quality background and ideally have worked to rosette standards previously as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in previous roles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food production, food preparation
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Familiarity with baking processes and pastry preparation
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred but not essential for motivated learners
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the kitchen
