Presently recruiting for this superb venue located in a well known rural area near Leeds for an experienced hands on Restaurant and Events Manager to join their management team.

This role requires a knowledgeable Restaurant and Events Manager to work with and lead the team within the venue which consists of a 100 cover all day casual dining as well as spaces for events,conferences etc for up to 100 guests and offering 1st class guest service at all times.

The business is open all day serving a varied menu including breakfast and then an all day menu with traditional menu items and is a popular location with many visitors and locals using the space.

You will also be overseeing the events spaces that caters for various types of conferences,training facility and can manage up to 100 guests in the largest suite.

You will be working with and managing the team in the day to day operation with opening times presently mainly day time,however there are plans to extend this to evening and potentially dinner service and offering a modern Brasserie style concept.

You will also be working with another manager at the site who will be involved with the management of some events and weddings held at the site.

Reporting to the Regional Manager and able to manage the day to day operations working with the team,also manage the P&L including wage costs and stock controls.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of department and day to day hands on management this will also include during events etc. Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to food safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Train and develop all team members.
