This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager who thrives on delivering high standards and exceeding guest expectations, to join a luxury hotel that is well known for excellence in service, setting, and style.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for impeccable service, deep knowledge of wine and spirits, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver excellence every day.

What You’ll Get -

Who We’re Looking For -

• Previous hotel restaurant management experience to a good standard
• Confident also with bar and wine management knowledge
• Genuinely passionate about hospitality and exceeding expectations
• Excellent team leadership, lead by example
• Immaculate presentation and warm professionalism

The hotel has over 50 premium bedrooms along with 100 cover restaurant serving breakfast,lunch and dinner as well as main hotel bar,main lounge as well as meetings and events space for approx 150 guest in largest suite as well as full leisure and spa facilities.
