About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll become a key part of a talented brigade working across a variety of high-end dining experiences -

• Fine Dining Restaurant – Recently refurbished, this elegant restaurant offers a modern European menu, full of imagination, flavour, and creativity. With a focus on seasonality and locally sourced produce, each dish is designed to excite and impress.
• Brasserie & Afternoon Tea – A more relaxed yet stylish setting, where guests enjoy modern classics, indulgent afternoon teas, and al fresco dining in the courtyard.
• Events & Banqueting – This award-winning venue is famous for luxury weddings and large-scale events, hosting more than 100 weddings a year alongside high-profile conferences and banquets.

About You

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Chef de Partie who is -

• Passionate about modern European cuisine and seasonality
• Keen to learn and develop under an accomplished Executive Chef
• Experienced within high-end dining or luxury hotel kitchens
• A strong team player with high standards and attention to detail
