Job Description
Looking to recruit for an experienced professional Spa Manager for a 4 star hotel in the Blackpool area.
The hotel has 100 bedrooms with multi F&B outlets which include a casual dining restaurant,popular bar and lounge area as well meeting and events for up to 200 guests in the largest suite.
Additionally the hotel offers a leisure club and gym and a spa area with various treatment rooms using a high end product for each treatment.
As Spa Manager you will be working with and supporting a team of 4 therapists and to ensure the best customer service is given at all times,as well the team have a complete knowledge of all treatments and the products in order to be able to upsell.
Working in a hands on capacity you will be given sales targets and a department budget to achieve with the team and to manage and control stock and costs for wages etc.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and as part of the hotel management team.
£25k,targeted bonus,benefits
