Sous Chef - Luxury 5 Star Property | Aberdeen

Salary - £38,000 per annum plus service charge

We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Aberdeen. This is an exciting time to get on board, as the property undergoes significant growth and development, including new dining concepts and upgraded facilities.

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets, including banqueting and events. This is a hands on role where creativity, consistency, and leadership are key.

What We’re Looking For -

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a 4 star or 5 star hotel environment
• Banqueting or large volume catering experience is essential
• A passion for quality, innovation, and consistently high standards
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support junior chefs
• Right to work in the UK
