Hotel Duty Manager nr Chester

We are presently working with this prestigious luxury hotels approx 20 minutes travel time from Chester.

The client is looking for a hands on Hotel Duty Manager to join their team.

The hotel has approx 120 + bedrooms with superb facilities that includes an award winning restaurant as well as large C&B operations with their largest suite catering for 250 + guests as well as various other meeting rooms from boardroom for 2 etc.

Also the hotel offers 1st class leisure and gym operations as well as outdoor activities within their grounds.

You will work as part of the Duty Management team on a rota basis covering both early and late shifts as part of your day to day duties.

Supporting each department and ensure 1st class guests services at all times,assit when and where required as well as checking each department has the correct amount of team members working to deliver that service.

Make sure all departments are ready for their duties and checking all areas of the hotel are set up in line with that day's business.

Reporting to the senior hotel management team and be part of the planning and delivery in all areas of the operation.

Your rota will be 5 days over 7 working a mix of early and late shifts on rota.

The salary is £30k with live in available if required or own transport needed if commuting,there is also a pension,great benefits and also career development in one of the North West's leading hotel operations.
