An exciting new Brasserie is set to launch in Aberdeen in early 2026 and we’re searching for an experienced Restaurant/Brasserie Manager to help shape it from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity to lead the opening of a fast paced whilst elevated service 120 cover brasserie that will set a new benchmark for informal yet high-quality dining in the region.

The Role -

As Brasserie Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this new venture involved in pre opening preparations, team recruitment, training, and service delivery. Once open, you’ll oversee all operations, ensuring smooth running, strong team performance, and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For -

• Proven experience as a Restaurant/Brasserie Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume 4 star or 5 star operation
• Experience in new openings or pre-launch environments is highly desirable
• A natural leader with the ability to build, train, and motivate a new team
• Strong organisational skills and financial acumen
• Right to work in the UK
